Position: Wintel Cloud Operations Analyst

Acts as a key liaison with Business Units and project teams, managing and supporting infrastructure solutions across their full lifecycle. As a Level 2 resource, the role focuses on problem diagnosis, solution documentation, and the support of hardware, software, and network services, balancing daily operational support with project-based work to develop and deploy new infrastructure services.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in system administration and troubleshooting.
