Winter Construction Foreman – Interlock/Hardscape (Year-Round Opportunity)

We are seeking an experienced Interlock / Hardscape Foreman to join our team starting this winter, with the opportunity to continue through the full construction season and beyond.

You’ll be leading crews on some of the largest and most high-profile landscape construction projects in Canada’s capital, including Parliament (West Block & Centre Block), Lansdowne Park, Rideau Street, Elgin Street, and multiple O-Train (OLRT) stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews on commercial interlock and hardscape projects, including winter construction work
• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and drawings
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to meet project schedules
