**Wire Harness Assembler – Contract-to-Hire | $22–$26/hr (DOE)**
We are seeking **Wire Harness Assemblers** to support a growing production team. This role involves assembling wire harnesses, cables, and related components according to detailed instructions and quality standards. Ideal for candidates with experience in wiring, electronics, or precision assembly.
**Pay:** **$22–$26/hr (DOE)**
**Schedule:** **Full-time, on-site**
**Interview:** **45-minute interview + brief hands-on test**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review and verify traveler documentation (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
+ Inspect materials for defects or damage
+ Cut, strip, and prep cables
+ Load connectors, apply labels, and complete heat shrink tasks
+ Assemble wire harnesses using assembly boards
+ Follow detailed written/verbal instructions
