Job Summary

• Lead the design configuration deployment and optimization of enterprise wireless networks using Cisco Wireless Solutions.
• Manage and monitor wireless infrastructure through Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for assurance performance and reporting.
• Integrate and troubleshoot wireless authentication and policy control with Cisco ISE.
• Conduct wireless site surveys and perform heatmap analysis (using Ekahau or similar tools) to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex wireless connectivity and performance issues in large enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network security and infrastructure to deliver robust wireless solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation reports and post-implementation reviews.
• Stay current with emerging Cisco wireless technologies and industry best practices.
