Wireless Network Optimization Analyst

Functions and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for network quality improvement, tracking progress, resolving issues, and providing weekly analysis.
• Conduct routine operations and assessments of wireless network optimization.
• Monitor KPIs regularly, identify root causes, and implement solutions for any performance degradation or anomalies.
• Provide specialized analysis and optimization support across the entire network.
• Assist with the deployment of new features and software updates.
• Support the standardization of network optimization parameters and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to network assurance during major events and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate activities related to interference detection and frequency clearance.
• Perform other duties as required to meet evolving business needs.
