Wireless Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on Wireless Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless systems—from rooftop macro sites to small cells and DAS. Travel across WI and MN while working with cutting-edge telecom tech in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Typical field hours; may include early starts, overtime, or occasional weekends Location: Madison, WI (Travel throughout Wisconsin & Minnesota) What You’ll Do: Install & maintain coax/fiber, antennas, racks, and remote units Read blueprints & plan cable/equipment routes Test systems with spectrum analyzers, OTDRs, and fusion splicers Perform PIM testing, cable sweeps, and system upgrades Work safely at heights using lifts, bucket trucks, and ladders Support engineers & project managers to keep projects on track What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 1 year of field installation experience (wireless preferred) Comfortable reading blueprints and using hand/p...
