We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support telecom construction projects
+ Perform basic electrical work
+ Execute concrete placement and finishing
+ Conduct masonry tasks
+ Install underground conduit
+ Operate skid steer equipment
+ Assist crew lead with civil duties
+ Follow safety standards and procedures
**Requirements:**
+ Experience with electrical concepts
+ Concrete and masonry skills
+ Underground conduit installation
+ Skid steer operation experience
+ Background check and drug screen
