Job Description Job Description Civil Construction Technician – Wireless Installations The Civil Construction Technician plays a key role in the installation of ground-level infrastructure supporting wireless communication sites. This position focuses on ground-only scope work including setting precast equipment pads, trenching, conduit installation, grounding, and mounting ice bridge systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in telecom or electrical site work. Key Responsibilities * Excavate and backfill trenches for electrical and grounding systems per engineered drawings. * Install PVC and rigid conduits, sweeps, stub-ups, and sleeves according to trench and conduit details. * Set and level precast concrete equipment pads, ensuring correct elevation and orientation. * Install and bond grounding systems including copper conductors, rods, exothermic welds, and grounding bars. * Install ice bridge posts and Unistrut assemblies, aligning and securi...
