MasTec is seeking an experienced OSP Wireline Telecom General Manager to lead operations across the greater Knoxville Market (East Tennessee Region). This role oversees all Outside Plant Construction activities—including underground, aerial, and splicing work—within the Telco, CATV, and FTTH environment. The ideal candidate has significant experience managing large construction operations. The General Manager will be responsible for overall market P&L performance and will provide leadership to a team of managers and shop personnel.
