We are looking for a skilled and motivated E&E Harness Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and release of electrical wiring harness systems in accordance with OEM standards and project requirements. You will work in a hybrid working model in Bursa, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic automotive environment.


Responsibilities




  • Manage STEP CAD releases (STEP 1, STEP 2, STEP 3, STEP 5).




  • Develop 3D wiring harness mathematics and release data in TCAE/PLM according to the technological structure.




  • Prepare NX/PLM 3D and 3DA elements in compliance with Stellantis norms, including RPS and defined tolerances.




  • Detail fixings, connector descriptions, and ensure 3D/3DA integration.




  • Provide supporting documentation for ODM preparation and style feedback.




  • Support DFMEA activities and collaborate with the Calculation team on FEA model updates.




  • Create formboards for CD2D.




Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.




  • 0-2 years of experience with Catia or NX.




  • Knowledge of wiring harness components; OEM or harness maker experience is preferred.




  • Experience in a PLM environment is a plus.




  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
