Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Head to lead our D2C marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in driving digital growth, managing campaigns, and leading a marketing team to deliver impactful results.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.




  • Digital Marketing Growth: Drive performance across ads, SEO/SEM, and social media channels to maximize reach and conversions.




  • Brand Campaigns & Content: Manage and execute brand campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.




  • Budget Optimization: Allocate and optimize budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and sales growth.




  • Data Analysis & Performance: Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and continuously improve marketing performance.




  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and guide the marketing team while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.




Requirements:




  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing with a strong D2C focus.




  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.




  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.




  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a visionary approach.




Preferred Skills:




  • Expertise in performance marketing tools and platforms.
