Position Summary The Walmart Planner Lead will be responsible for performing Planner Assistant duties for their respective category as well as train and oversee the Walmart Planner Assistant role in other categories. Essential Duties and responsibilities - Train and develop Planner Assistants on job functions and planning/allocation theory and practices - Collaborate with Replenishment Manager on weekly allocations, strategies and process improvements - Analyze Walmart data for additional sales opportunities, identify and create solutions to any foreseen risks - Run allocation tool weekly to ensure Walmart is instock on replenishable programs - Ladder planning - pre-season creation, in-season actualization and trending - Ad hoc Walmart reporting utilizing Retail Link - Special Projects as needed - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
