YOUR PROFILE

• Solid background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations with several years of experience.
• You have been part of a WMS or ERP implementation before (as a Super User or Project Lead).
• Deep understanding of warehouse constraints and the ability to translate them into system requirements.
• Experience working directly in operational environments, showing a preference for being on the floor rather than just in a meeting room.
• Structured and methodical approach to project management combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills that allow for effective collaboration with both technical stakeholders and shop-floor teams.
• Natural sense of ownership and the resilience to navigate the pressures of a system go-live.
• Fluent in English and German.
