This is a Hybrid position.


Mission:
To ensure the efficient operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) within logistics operations. The WMS Specialist acts as the key interface between the warehouse, IT, Intralogistics vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring seamless processes and effective system utilization.

Scope:
This position reports to the Logistics Manager, North America, and collaborates closely with 3PL partners, warehouse teams, IT specialists, and global logistics functions.

System Administration and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all WMS-related questions and issues.

  • Manage day-to-day WMS operations, ensuring data accuracy and smooth process flow.
