Job Description

I am looking for a senior-level eCommerce specialist to perform a full technical and business optimization of my WooCommerce online store. This project is intended only for professionals who work specifically with WooCommerce or Magento eCommerce stores on a daily basis.

This is not a basic WordPress task. The store is already live and requires deep WooCommerce-level optimization, both technical and conversion-focused.


Scope of Work (What Needs to Be Done):


1. WooCommerce eCommerce Audit

  • Full audit of the existing WooCommerce setup

  • Review of store structure, product types, variations, and attributes

  • Analysis of current plugins and WooCommerce extensions

  • Identification of performance and scalability issues

  • Optimize WooCommerce database and queries

  • Improve page speed (shop, category, product, cart, checkout)

  • Optimize images, scripts, ...
