WordPress Database Expert for Chip Tuning Data Input

Hello,
I would like to integrate a chip tuning database into my website. I already have a prepared CSV file containing lists of car brands, models, production years, engine types, and power gains.
Your task is to make this database visible, functional, and fast on my website.
The pricing page (table page) should start with car brand logos, and on the left side there should also be brand names (brand names are not mandatory if it does not look efficient on mobile).
