We are moving fast to reach $1M/month in revenue, and our digital face must reflect our operational excellence. We don't just want a website; we want a high-performance growth engine that tells our story of dignity and independence.


THE ROLE:


You are the bridge between Technology and Brand. You will own the montessoricare.com.au digital estate and the visual identity that our team takes into the field. You report to the CEO and work intimately with the Marketing & BD teams.


WHAT YOU WILL EXECUTE:



  • WordPress Mastery: You will own the website. That means building high-converting landing pages for specific campaigns, optimizing site speed (Core Web Vitals), and ensuring mobile responsiveness is flawless.
