Job Description

Perseus Group is looking for a senior to intermediate WordPress web developer to own the ongoing maintenance, security, and optimization of our primary website. This is a long-term contract role requiring 15–20 hours per month, with flexibility for project-based spikesfocused on maintaining a mature WordPress codebase that is stable, secure, and evolving.


What you’ll do

  • Own ongoing maintenance of our WordPress website, including updates, fixes, and improvements
  • Execute cosmetic and structural site changes while protecting the integrity of the existing codebase
  • Regularly evaluate WordPress plugins, assess vulnerabilities, and apply patches or replacements as needed
  • Support and extend a multilingual website, including adding new languages with proper SEO structure and localization best practices
