WordPress / Elementor Pro Expert Needed – Fix ACF Date-Based Button Logic in Loop Grid (URGENT)

We have a WordPress site using:
Elementor Pro (Loop Grid)
Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Custom Post Type: clinics
We need to conditionally show/hide a Register button inside an Elementor Loop Grid card based on two ACF fields:
date_and_time_of_event_pre-order (ACF DateTime field)
exact_date_of_clinic (ACF Date field)
Required Logic:
The Register button should NOT show before the pre-order date/time.
The button should show after the pre-order date/time has passed.
The post should automatically be set to Draft at midnight on the clinic date (cron already implemented but may need verification).
Current Situation:
This worked previously using a custom plugin.
We migrated the logic to work inside an Elementor Loop Grid.
Buttons are either:
All hidden
Or not responding correctly to date values
Debug shows date parsing failures.
The page rendering context is through Elementor Loop Grid (not single CPT page).
