Job Title: WordPress & Shopify Sr. Developer

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-4 Years 

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled WordPress & Shopify Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, be able to manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality websites with clean and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Customize and implement themes, plugins, and apps as per client requirements.

• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to implement UI/UX features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.

• Create and manage product listings, collections, and checkout flows (Shopify).

• Implement payment gateways, third-party integrations, and shipping solutions.

• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsiveness.

• Participate in client meetings to understand technical requirements when needed.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress (Custom Themes, Plugins, ACF).

• Hands-on experience with Shopify (Liquid, ThemeKit, Shopify CLI).

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP.

• Experience with Shopify apps and customization.

• Familiarity with WooCommerce and Shopify Plus is a plus.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of professional experience in WordPress and Shopify development.

• A portfolio of completed web projects (please include links). 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for design implementation.

• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Shogun.

• Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX.

• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
