Responsibilities

  • Managing support tickets
  • Site edits within WordPress
  • Plugin, theme and core updates
  • Security optimizations
  • Performance optimizations
  • Down or broken sites
  • Talking with hosting support teams
  • Handling clients concerns or complaints

Requirements

  • Clear, friendly, error‑free written English communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills
  • At least 2 years of professional experience with WordPress websites
  • Reliable internet access
