Job Description

This is a seasonal position. We are seeking Work from Home, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) positions. Requirements outlined below. Customer Service Representatives will assist our client’s customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset. We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. We offer paid training to experienced candidates who have excellent communication skills, and are highly reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability for call handling; issue identification; up-selling/cross-selling products; using of job tools and call resolution
