- Prioritize various requests from the recruiting and staffing team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of IT recruiting experience. - 1+ year of experience leading teams. - Time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant change.
- Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques (a plus)
- Knowledge of headhunting in the IT industry is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
