St Therese School is seeking a dedicated and proactive Work Health & Safety (WHS) Coordinator to support our commitment to creating safe, healthy, and thriving learning environments. This role is ideal for someone who values service, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our school community.
About the Role
The WHS Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of WHS systems and practices across the school. Working closely with school leaders and staff, the role contributes to building a strong safety culture grounded in care, responsibility, and wellbeing.

- Support a safety-first culture by assisting the school community to meet WHS legislative and policy requirements.
- Engage directly with the school community, providing practical guidance, resources, and advice to strengthen WHS compliance.
- Contribute to risk management processes, including hazard identification, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-up.

- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and RTW legislation and policies to ensure compliance within the school is achieved at all times.
