Job Description

We are seeking a Work Scheduler / Customer Support Coordinator to assist in the scheduling process for line servicer personnel and provide support to customers within the Tulsa OK area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assign jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.

  • Develop and maintain schedules for line servicers and technician appointments.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Ensure adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.

  • Assist with outage management and coordination as needed.

  • Provide general administrative support to the scheduling team.
