Work Study - Assistant Residence Life

Position Summary

This position is a critical “front-line” role for the Office of Residence Life and is responsible for providing good customer service. Student Assistants are expected to know, voice, model, and motivate students and guests to adhere to the policies and procedures of Stevenson University. Education/Experience Currently enrolled Stevenson University student in good standing with the University academically and judicially. Knowledge/Skills/Ability

Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a willingness to accept responsibility, and an attention to detail.

Have general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, as well as e-mail, internet and phone operations.

Ability to arrive for duty on time as assigned in order to maintain a staffed desk.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
