LearningObjectives:

  • Manage the state mandated paperwork for the department, as well as required college documents
  • Answer phone and screen incoming calls and mail
  • Establishes and maintain general files and records
  • Creates, maintains and tracks applicable departmental information
  • Composes and prepares both routine and confidential correspondence, letters, memos, forms, reports and other documents
  • May prepare records
  • Provide clerical support to the faculty evaluation process
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;

  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress;

  • Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;

  • Successfully pass background/drug screening;

  • Answer phone and take messages;

  • Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing;

  • Open and sort mail;
