Job Description

RGP is seeking a Workday Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday HCM system, serving as a subject matter expert for Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. You will ensure seamless HRIS operations and provide critical support for global payroll and time tracking processes.



+ Administer, configure, and maintain Workday HCM, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

+ Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.

+ Manage integrations between Workday and internal/external systems while ensuring data security and compliance.

+ Develop reports, workflows, and user documentation to support change management initiatives.

+ Partner with IT, Finance, and vendors to continuously improve HR systems and processes.
