Overview
A Workday Advanced compensation Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience handling Workday Compensation configurations, workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Workday Advanced compensation Consultant.
- Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
- Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
- Active Workday certification is desired.
- Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
