Key Responsibilities Design and configure advanced compensation components including salary planning, bonus/incentive plans, and stock plans. Set up compensation review templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules for advanced compensation programs. Implement business processes for advanced compensation events (e.g., merit cycles, bonus payouts, stock grants). Configure compensation grids, ranges, and budget pools for planning cycles. Perform regular audits of advanced compensation plans and eligibility rules. Update advanced compensation structures during organizational changes or annual cycles. Maintain security roles and domain policies for advanced compensation data. Diagnose and resolve issues related to compensation calculations, eligibility, and workflows. Build custom reports and dashboards for advanced compensation analytics using Workday Report Writer.
