We are seeking an experienced Workday specialist to join our Business & Technology Integration team for a major HCM Implementation project. Our client, a leading financial services organization, is modernizing HR to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
Role
As the Solution Architect & Functional Lead, you will design end-to-end Workday solutions, lead requirements gathering, shape future-state processes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Acting as a SME in Core HCM and Advanced Compensation, you will provide leadership, functional guidance, and decision-making support across the project team.
