Your Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd-level support within the Workday Application Management Services (AMS) environment
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests in
  • Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking
  • Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
  • Configure and optimize Workday business processes in line with functional and regulatory requirements
  • Support Workday releases , including regression testing and system enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting and mentoring 2nd-level support teams
