Job Description

• 7-9 years of programming experience
• Five years of Experience defining, designing, and implementing HR and Finance applications with Workday
• Strong technical background covering a variety of platforms, databases, and coding languages
• Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise interface builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and DTS)
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards)
• Have an understanding of Workday's security model and best practices
• Comfortable working with third-party solutions on data mapping and integration implementation
• Keen problem-solving skills, ability to deal with complex situations and recommend a technical solution
• Ability to translate business needs into creative technological solutions
• Must be flexible and able to respond to rapid change to meet business needs
• Knowledge, to learn new technology and stay abreast of current technical trends
• Strong technical Workday skills
• Provides expert level IT technical lead services and direction for critical software, middleware, and hardware projects (e.g., applications, networks, communications, and client-server technologies). Provides technical expertise.
