Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Global People Operations, People Business Partners, Finance, and other key stakeholders in the support of Workday HCM systemServe as first point of contact for all Workday tickets in ServiceNow and recommend solutions for improvements and reducing redundanciesBuild and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to support Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partners, and other organizations on a recurrent and ad hoc basis.Implement, support, and administer HR technology including integrationsPerform functional system administrator duties to maintain day to day operations Actively identify & resolve issues or opportunities for improvementCommunicate system and process changes with HR Partners and across the organizationRequired Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or relevant area of study5+ years of Workday functional experience, including implementationsExperience with Workday Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, and Security is essentialAdditional experience with other Workday modules is a plus: Talent, Absence, Benefits Administration, etc.Experience in supporting a global organizationAbility to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidanceProven history of managing confidential information in a professional mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficientlyDesire to work in a fast paced environmentA self motivated professional with strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
