Workday Certified Advanced Compensation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Advanced Compensation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support of Workday Advanced Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize compensation programs aligned with organizational goals.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit cycles, bonuses, stock plans, and allowances

• Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation packages, and calculation logic
