Workday Change Analyst

Here at Focus Cloud we are seeking a Change Management Analyst for a long-term 12–18 month contract supporting a large-scale ERP transformation . Workday change management experience is strongly preferred ; however, candidates with change experience across other enterprise ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.

Candidates must be based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Support change management activities across Workday / ERP implementation workstreams
• Conduct change impact assessments (roles, processes, policies)
• Support business readiness, adoption, and user enablement
• Maintain change impact logs, readiness dashboards, and reporting
• Partner with project, product, training, and communications teams
• Support or co-facilitate system demos, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
