Workday Change Manager

Here at Focus Cloud we are seeking an experienced Change Manager for a long-term 12–18 month contract supporting a complex enterprise ERP transformation . Workday change management experience is strongly preferred , however senior change professionals with experience across other ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.

This role leads change activities across one or more workstreams and partners closely with project, product, and business leaders to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for assigned Workday / ERP workstreams
