Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams.
A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
Workday certification in Adv Comp is good to have
Configuration experience Workday functional areas ( mandatory Base Compensation and Advanced Compensation )
