Workday configuration specialist - Recruiting and Onboarding

TP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday Configuration Specialist – Recruitment and Onboarding. This role will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of Workday Recruitment and Onboarding solutions, reporting and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. This position will be part of the Digital Employee Experience team and report to the Functional Product owner of Recruitment and Onboarding Modules.

• Configure and customize Workday Recruitment and Onboarding modules to meet business requirements.
• Work directly with a diverse set of business users on documenting business and functional requirements and developing solutions within adaptive.
