Designation : Workday Consultant
Experience : 4 - 6 Years
Location : Bangalore
Shift Timings : 2.30 PM - 11.30 PM
Employment type: Contract (1 Year)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support and lead activities related to Workday Implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and configuration across modules.
• Drive initiatives within Workday Talent Optimization, including process enhancements and system improvements.
• Manage and support Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and annual cycle support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and governance processes as required.
Must Have Skills:
• Proven, hands-on experience with Workday Implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Talent Optimization.
• Experience with supporting talent cycle and compensation planning.
• Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation module.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts starting 2 PM IST..
