Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with 5+ years of HCM experience and mandatory Workday certification . The consultant will lead implementations, integrations, and optimization of Workday solutions in global HR environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
Configure Workday Core HCM and related modules (Time, Absence, Payroll exposure preferred)
Manage integrations with third-party systems (Dayforce exposure is a plus)
Translate business requirements into Workday best-practice solutions
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
Mandatory Requirements:
Active Workday Certification – Mandatory
Strong hands-on Workday implementation experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
