Job Description
Role:Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant / Analyst
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Hyderabad, Kolkata
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and dashboards
- Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting models
- Manage data imports and integrations with ERP and HR systems
- Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles
- Troubleshoot model issues and maintain system accuracy
- Work with Finance and HR teams to understand planning requirements
Required Skills:
- Handson experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A concepts
- Good Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with dashboards and reporting in Adaptive Planning
Good to Have:
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification
- Knowledge of Workday HCM or Financials
- Experience with data integration tools
