Job Description
Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant / Analyst
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Hyderabad, Kolkata
Responsibilities:
Configure and support Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and dashboards
Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting models
Manage data imports and integrations with ERP and HR systems
Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles
Troubleshoot model issues and maintain system accuracy
Work with Finance and HR teams to understand planning requirements
Required Skills:
Hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A concepts
Good Excel and analytical skills
Experience with dashboards and reporting in Adaptive Planning
Good to Have:
Workday Adaptive Planning certification
Knowledge of Workday HCM or Financials
Experience with data integration tools
