Workday Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Workday Technical Consultant** with strong expertise in **Workday integrations, reporting, and technical configurations**. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and support scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain **Workday integrations** using **EIB, Core Connectors, Studio**, and Workday Web Services

* Build and support **inbound and outbound integrations** (SOAP/REST)

* Develop and maintain **custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields**

* Work on **Workday HCM** data model and business processes

* Perform **data loads and migrations** using EIB and Workday tools

* Troubleshoot integration and production issues and provide timely resolutions

* Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions

* Support Workday upgrades, testing, and deployment activities

* Ensure integrations follow Workday security and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong hands-on experience as a **Workday Technical Consultant**

* Expertise in **Workday Integrations**: EIB, Studio, Core Connectors

* Experience with **Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)**

* Strong knowledge of **XML, XSLT, and data transformations**

* Experience in **Workday Reporting** (Advanced, Composite reports)

* Good understanding of **Workday HCM** modules

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
