We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with 5+ years of HCM experience and mandatory Workday certification. The consultant will lead implementations, integrations, and optimization of Workday solutions in global HR environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Configure Workday Core HCM and related modules (Time, Absence, Payroll exposure preferred)
• Manage integrations with third-party systems (Dayforce exposure is a plus)
• Translate business requirements into Workday best-practice solutions
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
