Overview

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Data Conversions between Workday and the client’s legacy system, promoting data accuracy and security.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT and business stakeholders—to gather requirements, troubleshoot conversion issues, and deliver technical solutions in alignment with project timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations, while adhering to best practices and compliance standards throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Take overall leadership of the planning and execution of Workday tenant builds for the project.

Qualifications

  • Somebody with Workday Student conversion lead experience, or
  • Workday HCM/FIN data conversion lead experience
