Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Core HCM modules including Worker Data, Organizations, Staffing Models, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Design and configure Business Process Frameworks (BPF), condition rules, validations, alerts, and notifications.
- Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices, data governance, and process optimization.
- Lead data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage Workday releases, assess impact, perform regression testing, and drive adoption of new features.
