Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions, including enhancements and defect fixes, following best practices.
Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and third-party tools.
Integrate Workday with external HR, Finance, Payroll, and enterprise systems.
Develop BIRT reports and support integration security and business process configurations.
Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, release evaluations, and upgrade support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare specifications, and ensure timely delivery.
Execute SIT planning, testing, documentation, and status reporting across SDM processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
