What you’ll be doing

You’ll work in live customer environments, not training tenants. You’ll investigate how EDM is set up, why something behaves the way it does, and what the most practical fix or improvement looks like for that customer.

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support EDM / HRIS solutions post-deployment
  • Own support requests end to end, from first contact through to resolution
  • Help customers adopt new releases and changes in a way that fits their configuration
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering when issues go beyond configuration
  • Build and maintain practical documentation and knowledge articles based on real cases
  • Support Service Managers in handling and resolving customer escalations
