Key Responsibilities

Application Ownership & Support

• Own the end-to-end operational support of Workday Financial Management post go live.

• Act as primary L2/L3 support for Finance & Accounting issues, including incident, problem, and change management.

• Ensure platform stability, uptime, and data integrity across all finance processes.

Workday Finance Functional Support

• Support and maintain key Workday Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management Expenses, Financial Reporting
